Ms. Nideshika Ellepola

Ms. Nideshika is a Senior Lecturer attached to the SCU School of Computing. She holds a Master’s degree in computer science from the University of Colombo and brings over thirteen years of teaching in software engineering. She served as a University Associate at Curtin Colombo from 2022 to 2024, where she was responsible for teaching and delivering coursework in Mobile Application Development.
Her teaching focuses on software engineering, human computer interaction, programming languages, database systems, and software development methodologies. In addition to the academic role, she actively contributes to curriculum development, working on university collaborations and serves as a project supervisor for undergraduate projects.
Her research interests include Data mining and Data analytics, information and Communication Technology Applications, E-Learning applications and Natural Language Processing.
